Clean Driveway FAQs
How long does driveway cleaning take?
Using our high pressure equipment, our drive cleaning service takes a fraction of the time it would take if you were using a domestic jet-washer. Standard sized driveways can usually be cleaned in a day, though some situations may require a follow-up visit the next day to brush in the sand and apply sealant.
How long does tarmac refurbishment take?
Though producing excellent results resembling freshly laid tarmac, our tarmac refurbishment service is a quick service. We can usually have standard sized tarmac driveways refurbished and ready to walk on the same day.
How much does driveway/patio cleaning cost?
As with all our jobs we like to make a full assessment before making a quotation to ensure you receive the best price, but based on work we have done in the past, an average two car driveway usually costs in the region of £140. Please note, this price is only for guidance and prices will vary from job to job. For an accurate costing, call us for a free, no obligation assessment and quotation.
How long does the sealant last?
Under normal circumstances – e.g. when not subjected to excessive wear and extreme weather conditions, our polyurethane sealant will last from one to two years.
Does driveway cleaning completely remove oil stains?
Most of the time, yes. Most oil stains can be quickly removed to leave your drive looking as good as new. However, in some situations, namely those where the stain has been there for a long time, we may need to treat the area with a sealant after cleaning. This will blend out any small residual stains.
